Dubai to host first KHDA Education Expo with over 60 private schools and early learning centres

Dubai’s Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) has announced the launch of its first-ever Education Expo, a landmark event bringing together more than 60 private schools and early learning centres under one roof. The much-anticipated exhibition will take place on November 8–9, 2025, at JW Marriott Marquis, and is designed to help Emirati families explore diverse educational options for their children—from early childhood to senior grades.

A new platform for families and schools

The KHDA Education Expo aims to provide an interactive and informative platform where parents can directly engage with school leaders, teachers, and admissions teams. The event highlights KHDA’s commitment to making Dubai’s education sector more transparent, accessible, and collaborative.

Families attending the expo will be able to:

  • Explore a variety of curricula offered by Dubai’s private schools, including British, American, Indian, IB, and other international programs.
  • Gain insights into each school’s learning philosophy, teaching approach, and community culture.
  • Attend interactive sessions and presentations designed to guide parents through the decision-making process.

This initiative supports the wider Education 33 Strategy’s Pathway Partners program, which aims to strengthen partnerships between parents, schools, and society as part of Dubai’s long-term education vision.

Launch of the Parents’ Consultation Service

One of the main highlights of the event will be the introduction of the KHDA Parents’ Consultation Service. This new service will provide personalized guidance and support for families who are navigating school choices and curriculum options.

Through one-on-one consultations, parents can receive expert advice on:

  • Selecting schools that best fit their child’s learning style and interests.
  • Understanding curriculum differences and school structures.
  • Addressing developmental and academic concerns.

By offering this service, KHDA aims to ensure that every family feels confident and well-informed about the educational decisions they make for their children.

Strengthening Dubai’s education ecosystem

The Education Expo represents a significant step in KHDA’s ongoing efforts to foster collaboration and innovation in Dubai’s education landscape. With over 60 participating institutions, the event will showcase the city’s diversity and excellence in education, highlighting Dubai’s reputation as a global hub for quality and inclusive learning.

The exhibition also emphasizes the importance of community engagement. Parents will have the opportunity to participate in meaningful discussions with educators and gain a clearer understanding of how schools nurture students’ academic and personal development.

A milestone for Dubai’s education sector

Dubai’s private education sector continues to expand rapidly, attracting families from across the UAE and beyond. By organizing the first Education Expo, KHDA reinforces its dedication to empowering parents, enhancing transparency, and promoting lifelong learning.

The two-day event promises to be more than just an exhibition—it will serve as a bridge between schools and families, helping them connect, collaborate, and make choices that shape the future of Dubai’s young learners.

As Dubai continues to lead the way in educational innovation, the KHDA Education Expo 2025 stands as a milestone initiative, marking the beginning of a more informed, connected, and community-driven approach to education in the emirate.
